THE NEW BIKE

The following story was one I had published in the Science of Mind Magazine in August of 1989. The story was written as  a tribute to my dear Mother and my first Step Dad. Those two wonderful people along with my other family members taught me the values of being a loving and kind human being, and the love and gratitude I feel for them cannot be expressed in mere words. I do hope you enjoy the story.

Namaste brother Ronnie;

what a gem. Another great gift for your brethren. These reflection of your youth make my heart sing. You had such a terrific childhood, loving people to steer you straight. Easily one can see where your strength has come from. These words, although framed in a more current context of God, resonate with the great man you have become.

How proud I am to have the joyful privilege to partake in you beautiful wisdom. Thank you brother, always a pleasure to unwrap your lovely gifts.

Thank you so very much Christopher. Yes, I have been truly blessed by being surrounded by loving, caring, and kind individuals my entire life. If my earthly life was to end today I would have no regrets, only pure love! I am happy you enjoyed reading some of the "older" stories I penned at a young age. Isn't it amazing how our way of "looking" at life changes as we grow older and hopefully a little wiser? Speaking of gifts, I just read the beautiful piece of poetry you penned on your blog page. I do hope anyone reading this will take a moment a check your work out. I am so happy and so very proud to be able to call you a friend my Brother. Keep up the good work! As always much love, inner peace, joy, and enlightenment to you and yours as this One Eternal Moment continues to march on.
