3 LITTLE BIG WORDS

Whats the 3 biggest little words you can think of ? How bout I LOVE YOU? How many times youi heard that phrase? Or how often have you said that to someone? Have you ever said it to yourself? If not, then how come? I mean you do love yourself don't you? If not then how come? Have you ever even thought about it? If you have ever said I love you to anyone else then you must love yourself because if you don't love yourself then you could never love anyone else. Right? I mean how could you give something away to someone else if you never had it to begin with. Right? Man, this seems to be complicated but I know it really isn't and I think you do too. I think if we really mean it when we say I love you that means with no conditions or it least it should.Can't you just hear the leading star tell the heroine in the movies I love you but only if you think exactly the same way I do. Or how bout saying I love you but only if you are white(or black.red,yellow) See what I mean. If we really mean those 3 little big words it should be without any conditions listed.You know what Im just gonna say it right now I love you!Yep Every darned one of you even the ones who broke my heart or the ones who took advantage of my willingness to help or whatever else you ever did to me.I kknow it sounds a little crazy. Saying I love you to people I dont even know and will probably never meet but what the hell I may be crazy so Il say it anyway. Ya know why It makes me feel good and I cant be angry with anybody for too long if I love em. So there you have it.I may not like the things you do or the way you think but I can still love you cause we are all "one" made out of the same "golddust" of Spirit.If youi would like to make yoiur weekend better how bout calling an old friend, an old enemy an old flame anybody and just telling them that you love them. And I might suggest that while you are at it look into the mirror and say I love you! Try it and let me know how ya feel. I hope all of you have a great Sunday and an even better week ahead. I KNOW

Those 2 words were all I needed to know that we are surrounded by our own angels as we walk thru this world of illusion and paradoxes. It was in 1992 and I was in the middle of what is called the dark night of the soul. The woman that I loved with all my heart had decided that she didnt need or want me in her life any longer. And with her leaving her 2 beautiful young daughters that I loved as my own were pulled out of my life also. Ill spare you all the details of our breakup but I was left totally out of the family. it was like my entire family had disappeared into the dark eerie night and I was left dumbfounded confused and heart-broken to say the least.At the same time this was happening I was also suffering some serious health issues as well as being totally broke and unable to work.I was scratching and clawing trying to hold onto my beliefs that everything happens for a reason even when one cant see it clearly.One night as I lay in bed unable to sleep and unable to stop the dreaded feeling of being so lonely and heart-broken I was about ready to give it all up.About that time thru my tear faced eyes I saw a figure coming to me from the ceiling of my bedroom.Immediately I just knew it was my Guardian Angel. I dont know how I knew I just knew. I felt this lovely being take me in their arms.The angel was silent and said nothing.I thoughtI must be dreaming this but no I was aware of everything around me.As this angel held me I said I am so lonely I am so confused I dont know what to do. Then came the only words this caring being said to me. "I KNOW" That was it only 2 words I nolonger felt the need to ask any questions I just let my entire being enjoy being in this angels arms.All the negative thoughts were gone and I quickly fell into the most restful sleep I had had in months.Of course the next morning I questioned whether waht I had experienced was real or a dream or hallucination. But ya know whatIt really didnt matter because I now knew I was well on the road to a complete recovery! dont know about you but I truly believe in angels and I talk with mine every day. GLOBAL WARMING MY BUTT

If by chance anyone has wondered why I haven't posted in a week its because we have been without power for over a week. Finally got it back on around midnight tuesday. I live in Paducah Ky and we were rightin the middle of the ice storm that moved through Kentucky and other states a week ago tuesday. Our entire town and surrounding counties were completely ravished by the ice wind and snow. It blew trees down everywhere taking with it the power sources.The temps were in the low teens some nights and we managed to survive without any heat or lights all we had here at our house was cold water with o way to heat it. So juast finding a place to bathe and get warm was a real chore. I wont go into details but I will tell ya it sure makes me appreciate electricity all the more. And fortunately we didnt have any of the trees come thru our roof or even hit our house as far as that goes. So all in all I would consider us one of the lucky ones. My heart goes out to all those folks who still dont have any power and those who have major damage to their homes. In all this mess tho I did see other good people helping others out and it warms my heart to be reminded that there are more "good" people inthis world than "bad" ones. I hope all of you my dear friends and all others who may come by this blog were not involved in the storm and if so that everything is getting back to normal for you. I think we all should be mindful and keep in our prayers those who are having to deal with this mess. Take care my friends and God bless all of you.
