We are all "ONE" in spirit. I feel that is the only way it could be. Trying to totally understand the infinite with a finite human mind just isn't possible. But if we can sit quietly and rid our outer minds of all the constant chatter we can attain a state of meditation where we can hear pirits whisper that tells us the truth of things.
Science has proven tht all material things can be broken down to the minutest part and that there is an "intelligence" in the space that is left.We are more than just a human body made of atoms and molecules. Keep breaking it all down and we must come to the conclusion that we are actually the "spaces" in between. This space I elect to call Spirit and It is the substance that makes up each one of us.
When humankind finally gets past the notion that we are defined by our color, our beliefs, or even our ancestory we may then finally arrive at the truth that we are made of the same "stuff" form the One source we did arrive and will someday return. If that day does arrive we can then put an end to all the needless wars, poverty, starvation, and every scrouge that inflicts itself upon this population of earthlings.
I leave you with the following thoughts: "How can we live in harmony? First we need to know we are all madly in love with the same God."-St. Thomas Aquinas

I wish all of us could realize that we are a unique expression or instrument of the all prevading Great Spirit. We all come in various shapes colors sizes beliefs etc but at the core there is only the vibrations of the One Great Living Spirit that we call God Allah Buddha or whatever else we choose to name it. And lying within us is the ability to become anything we truly desire to be.If we could learn to listen to Spirit's soft whispers we could find the right outlet for our expression here on earth. I know we are more than we tend to give ourselves credit for at times. Life gives us opportunities all the time to fulfill our purpose here on earth. Too bad so many of us are too "busy" to see or take advantage of these opportunities. If nothing else may we all learn to allow Spirit's perfect love peace and acceptance flow unimpeded outward touching as many lives as possible in a positive and uplifting way.I leave you with a couple of quotes along these lines.
"I am a hole in the flute that the Christ's breath moves through---listen to this music."
My entire body is now a receptive channel for the operation of God-life.

I surely hope all of you wonderful folks will have a terrific week filled with much love, joy, and peace. Hugs to you all!

When it comes to really communicating with God(Spirit), another human being, or even our own inner selves, the communication we do without using words is the deepest and most satisifing of al I truly do believe. When we use words there is always the chance our words will be taken in the wrong way or totally misunderstood. Its so hard at times to use the proper words to really get to the truth of the matter. As humans we all too often fall prey to the habit of taking words out of context or misundersanding of what someone is trying to say. Communication of the silent kind is really the way to understand each other better. When you are totally in love with someone and they return the same kind of love you can communicate with each other easily without ever saying a word. The same is true when we communicate with God or Spirit.Thomas Keating put it this way: "Silence is God's first language; everything else is a poor translation." I believe when we talk with Spirit in golden silence with our presence, our surrender, and our love we are then given the words to speak and specific functions to perform in our everyday lives. I leave you with a couple of quotes ,the first from St. Teresa of Avila:"His(Spirits) hands can shape through ours. And our sounds can somehow echo what God has never said, for the Divine is really speechless, it is too in love to chat." And from the Science fo Mind Textbook: Let us learn to be still and let the Truth speak through us; to be still and know that the inner light shines. I would hope each one of you will learn to use the power of the Silence in all your communications. May you all be richly blessed today and forever more! Peace to you and yours.

I have a wonderful friend in California who I call my "hummingbird" friend because she is always so busy flittering around doing wonderful things for other folks and our animal friends. We both happen to share the same date as our birthdays on December 5th. This last year she sent me a book by Martha Beck called Steering By Starlight whch I just loved. If you are right now wondering where to go withyour life this book could be a big help to you. I would like to now share a story from the aforementioned book.
Too often in our search for our lifes meaning we falsely assume there is only 1 way for us to get there. The following example shows how we need to expand our thinking when it comes to figuring things out.
Years ago during the space age race between the U.S. and Russia Nasa engineers spent millions of dollars to develop a pen that could write in zero gravity, while the Soviet space engineers, facing the same problem, sent their astronauts into space with pencils. The moral to this is Dont assume you have to do something fancy and expensive when something easy and cheap is right before your eyes. The truth about this story is that everyone in space first used pencils but the leads would break off and float intothe machinery. So Nasa did develop a space pen which is now used by both Americans and Russians alike. The moral: Its ok to use short term solutions while you're perfecting more substantial long-term processes.
So whatever the "problem" is in ones life let us not be to quick to overlook the simple solution first even while we work on a better long term cure. My hope is that all of you wonderful folks knkow exactly where you are going and how you plan on getting there. But since most of us really have no idea where we are headed Ill just say enjoy the ride along the way. Hope all of youhave a terrific weekend filled with much love, peace, and joy.

I won the Australian lottery(even tho I never bought a ticket) I won the Canada lottery(again without buying a ticket) some poor soul from India is gona give me half of her husbands estate just to use my name(its valued in the milions) and last of all Bill Gates is gonna give me a milion dollars for just forwarding his email to others(now isnt Gates just one fine fellow to share his wealth with me?) How did I ever get so lucky? Now dont forget to leave me your name and address so I can send you part of my millions in winnings cause Im just that kind of guy. Isnt life grand?

I honestly believe that if you asked 10 different people what God looked liked you would get 10 different answers. If one says God is white spiritual being and he or she believes that with all their heart then who am I to say they are wrong? To some God may look like a bright shining light, or a burning bush, or an old man with white hair and long beard. Guess you get the picture. But how can any one of us be sure? Guess it depends on your own personal belief. As for me I see God in every sunrise or sunset,I see God in the early morning dew that settles gently upon the morning grass. I see God when I look at you and when I look in the mirror I se God there too looking back at me.You see I believe we are all God and I cannot believe that God is an independant being from us.No matter how you envision God to be or to look like I really do hope you can reach a point in your life that you too can see God every time you glance in a mirror. I believe God is love and that hopefully one of these days all of humankind can see that we are all "ONE".I leave you with a quote from Meister Eckhart: "How long will grown men and women in this world keep drawing in their coloring books an image of God that makes them sad?"
May all of you have a wonderful night and an even better day tomorrow.

I am sorry for all the mispelled words and the sloppy writing on my last entry. Its late Im tired and just dont feel like editing.Im sure you will understand. Have a great week ahead all of you!

Hello friends. Like most of you I have struggled with the concept of Heaven and Hell since a young lad.Growing up in the Bible Belt of the Heartland in the USA I was raised in a traditional church where it was taught that deoending upon how yiu lived yur life your soul would either spend eternity in Heaven or in Hell. Dont get me wrong with what I am about to say because I readily admit this is only my own humble opinion and belief.
After many years believeing in this dogmatic teaching of the church I found myself growing more weary and lost as I quickly found out I could never live up to the expectations of the church so I just quit going. I couldn't look myself in the mirror if I kept going to church on sunday morning after living a wild night out on the town on saturday night. I was breaking all kinds of religious "laws" and was finding no comfort in the fact that I still believed I was destined to spend an eternity in a place called Hell!
It would take me an entire book or two to explain to you how I managed to overcome my childhood beliefs and finally find my true spiritually. It was and still is an every day work in progress but thankfully with the help of many wise people and the council of my own inner spirit I find myself totaly at peace within and look forward to my next adventure when I do leave this planet and go upward to something even more wonderful than this human life.
My humble belief now is that Heaven and Hell both are more a state of consciousness than an actual place. Now I know this will have some of you objecting violently and thats ok cause Im not trying to change your beliefs. f you are happy with your beliefs and find peace and contentment inthem then who amm I to try and change that? Im happy for you. But just in case there is one other soul right now who is reading thisand is at the point I was all those years ago I hope they will find hope in this belief I share with many others. Our lives can be like living in Hell due to our choices or e can live better and find ourselves in Heaven righ NOW! Jesus said"The kingdom of Heaven is within"
I surely hope I havent offended any one whose beliefs differ from mine.Thats the last thing I want to do. I readily accept your beliefs as your own and I find no fault with yu as long as your beliefs dont include hurting anyone else for any reason. I will leave yu with a quote from Sam Davis:It is not a matter of when you reach Heaven;it is a matter of when the Kingdom of Heaven reaches you.And finally a quote from the Science of Mind magazine;"Behold the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand." but this Kingdom must be recognized. The recognition is a mental act."
My hope for you and yours this day is that your lives will be filled with much love, joy, peace, and that you will gladly share these blessings with all. Take care my friends. May the sun shine down on your backdoor today!

Hello my friends. I just wonder how many of us have set our sights on the highest vision we can attain? This crazy world of paradoxes and illusions have caused many of us to settle for much less than we can attain if we really set our minds to it. I believe way too often we think our "good" is dependant on someone or something outside of our own power. Also it is very human to not accept responsibility for what ever the circumstances may be. Now I assure you there are some things that happen to us due to no actions on our part.Thats just part of living as a human being. But it is our responsibility for our reactions to whatever comes our way.And being human I think it is sometimes easier to just blame something else for our troubles and let it go.
But and I think this is a big but, we have within us the power necessary to overcome any obstacles and to change anything we want in our lives. It does take lots of "hard" work but is well worth it.Today lets all set our sights on a higher vision-- one that sees all humanity living as one in peace harmony and love. And lest we forget, we are powerful beings infused with the living vibrations of the One Spirit and all things are possible. Now my friends I leave you with the following quotes.
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure"
Marianne Williamson
"We must relight the torch of our imagination by fire caught from heaven. We must remain faithful to this vision, for a realization of the Presence of God is the secret power of our work."

Hey folks. Whats up with all of you? Sure hope everyone is having an extraordinary day week month life etc. I dont know bout you all but Im getting really tired of hearing all the "bad" news every time I turn on a tv or radio. Hell, its almost enough for me to hope that the ancient Mayans are right and that our world will end in 2012! Like I said Almost but Im not quite ready to give up on humanity just yet. That doenst mean I havent given up on politicians tho, I get so damned mad when I see them revert to thier real selves "after" they have told all the lies necessary to get elected. What happened to all the promises that was made while the campaign was ongoing. I get even madder at the people who are so easily fooled and continue to fall for all the rhetoric.I say if you wanna put an end to our energy problems then figure out a way to bottle all the hot air that comes out of DC along with that of all the local politicians and presto!our energy supply is full.Oh how I hate it when I get started talking bout politics--my mother told me if I couldn't say something nice about someone to not say anything. And ya know what-I cant seem to find any good to say about any of them so Im just gonna shut up. Please excuse my rantings.
I would like to leave you on a little better note with the following quote from another one of my favorite authors Leo Buscaglia(see prior post about Leo)
"Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the power to turn a life around."
Take care my friends and I hope you will each do a small act of randomkindness today.Hugs to all of you

How many of us seem to wait on someone else to solve our problems for us. We often under estimate our own abilitites to fix the "problem" ourselves. And I know full well from my own experience that it is usually easier if someone else will do it for us. But I believe that as long as we continue to wait and expect someone else to fix things we are only retarding our own growth. So right now let us make the decision to get off our butts and start doing whatever it is we need to do to fix our so called problems. Also I will remind you of the line from a John Lennon song--There are no problems, only solutions!
The following is a quote from one of my favorite authors Richard Bach
If you want to meet someone who can fix any situation you don't like, who can bring you happiness in spite of what other people say or believe, look in a mirror and say this magic word; Hello

Just imagine what our lives would be like if we could read the future by seeing today what was going to happen tomorrow. Dont ya think we would have a little better life than we do now. I sure know I would have made some different decisons in the past if I could have read the future. Why, the possibilities would be endless for all of us if this were true, dont ya think?
Well my friends let me share this quote with you from a Mr Peter Drucker "The best way to predict the future is to create it" I love this quote because whether we know it or not we are creating our future right now by our thoughts and actions of today. It does take work to get out of the habit of just thinking that we are not in charge of our future. We blame others or circumstances for whats happening to us while all the time we have the power to stop what we want and to make new and better decisions as to what we want to experience in our future. We must take the responsibility for everything that comes our way and stop playing victim to lifes circumstances. It takes lots of work to change our negative thoughts to positives ones but it can be done.So why not start today to make your future the one yuo want it to be?
Ill leave you with another quote from the Science of Mind magazine "I look to the future with great and pleasurable anticipation, knowing it will expand my opportunity for radiant self-expression. I hope all of you have a wonderful evening.

My desire for all of you is that you will experience the greatest weekend of your life right now! Be safe out there but try to enjoy every single moment. If circumstances right now are keeping you from having that wonderful weekend I speak of try to set your mind on solutions to your "problems" instead of thinking constantly about the problem itself. If all of you will take this time to call an old friend , an estranged relative or spouse, or anyone you can think of and tell them how much they mean to you and that you love them. That in itself should help you have an even more entertaining weekend. May the light shine down brightly you and yours now and forever. Hugs to all of you from captron52!

I was wondering if any of you folks are familiar with the life and the writings of Leo Buscaglia. He was one of my favorite authors ever! For any of you not familiar with Leo here is some interesting facts about the man. He was the son of an Italian mother and dad who raised him according to their views on humanity.Leo went to college in the states and got his phd degree to teach at Southern Cal. He taught a class called 'Love" A simple name for a class that always had more students register for the class than any other in So Cals history.Leo was a very intelligent person who lived as a young boy with not much money or material assets but he said he never knew he was poor until someone told him he was.Over the years Leowrote many great books---"LOVE",BECAUSE I AM HUMAN","THE WAY OF THE BULL", "PERSONHOOD","LOVING EACH OTHER","LIVING,LOVING",and LEARNING",BUS NINE TO PARADISE", and my favorite one a childrens book titled FREDDIE THE LEAF. There were some more Im sure and Leo also started the Felice Foundation which does a lot of good things for different organizations and such. Even tho I never got to meet Leo in person I did have the honor of communicating with him in the late 80's and early 90's. I found him to be one of the most interesting people Ive ever known. He was quick to laugh off the praise myself and many others gave to him. He told me he was only doing what he loved and he wanted everybody to finally understand that loving each other is the greatest thing we can ever do in this world. Leo passed from this world a few years back and like many great people before him he left a huge whole in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.I can only imagine what life would be like if we all could develop our ego selves to the same highest vibrations that he did. For anyone who has never read any of his works I would recommend that you do so. His words were and still are very enlightening. My hope is that "all" of us can arrive at the point where we can be called a love doctor. God bless you and yours now and always.

I watched on the History channel sunday evening the program about Nostradamus, The ancient Mayans and the Hopi Indians again. It dealt with what the future holds according to these people.I have seen similar programs in the past but still find it so interesting.According to the ancient Mayans on the 21st of december of the year 2012 there is to be an event called the dark rift during a period called Galactic Alignment. When the sun moves into Leo it is supposed to mark the beginning of the end of earth as we now know it.Now I know htere have always been those who have forecast the end of times since man began to leave written records and Im not one to jump on a badwagon and say the end is coming but as I continue to study astronomy and astrology I am amazed at the correlations they find in the ancient Mayans Nostradumas and the Hopi Indians of Arizona. This galactic alignment happens every 26,000 years and is suppose to cleanse the earth by extinction. According to the mayans this will be the 6th such happening in the earths history.According to Nostradamus the signs leading up to this event are recorded in his quantrain number 48 It calls for recurring storms--Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Ike, the recent ice storm that just hit the heartland of America--------etc His forecast call for worldwide famine because of the disappearance of our food supply. One instance is the mysterious disappearance of our honey bees.Do a little research and you will find they are disappearing for no apparent reason. And something I didnt know is that they are responsiblile for most of our crops ever making it to fruition. With them our crops will wither and die. Also the disappearing world of Bats, most folks will shudder at bats-they are ugly litle creature and have been portrayed in the movies as eveil but without them our world would be so full of mosquitos we would not recover. All this worry about global warming I feel is just another way for our beloved goverment to hold us in fear. The poles of this planet will turn around and be just the opposite at some time in existence no matter what we do here.Im all for saving our planet but there are other factors at work that will determine whether our planet survives or not.Im only glad that Im not one who worries too much about the future. Im too busy trying to enjoy this moment. But just in case our world is going to end soon it makes me more determined than ever to love everybody and try to do wahtever I can to help this world out. After watching the evening news today Im ready to throw away the damn thing! All our leaders seem to do is argue and fight and continue to destroy what should be the most abundant country on earth.I wont evfen get started now on politics. Let me just say that I love you all and hope that your evening and tomorrow will bring you everything you want. Remember to be good to yourself and even beter to others Hey we may not be here much long so go for it! See how many people you can make think you are crazy by telling em yu love everybody! Take care my friends Hugs to yuo all

Well I was hoping that Id get at least 1 or 2 comments about my previous entry concerning love but since I didn't get any at all that leads me to believe that no one is reading this thing or that no one takes telling someone they love em too seriously. Either way I must say Iam disappointed but will go on with the assumption that maybe at least one person in this world will read this blog and find something good to use in their own life. I hope all of you have a wonderful week ahead.
